WHO WE ARE
The Arizona Coalition for Change empowers everyday people to transform their community through building civic power, just and equitable schools and safer neighborhoods. We are committed to advocating for lasting progressive public policies that change the dynamics for our communities. By putting people first, we are working to develop and lift up voices of communities to take on our nations most pressing issues.

ALL students in ALL neighborhoods deserve access to high quality public education. We stand for justice, we fight for equity!
​FAIR ELECTIONS
Our ancestors died for us to have the right to vote. We plan to defend this right at every turn. We are committed to ensuring Arizona is a place that has free and fair elections.
CIVIC ENGAGEMENT
Arizona Coalition for Change (AzC4C) works to increase voter registration and turnout in local, state, and federal elections. Through increased civic engagement and participation AzC4C focuses on supporting communities of color throughout the state to build civic power.
2020 CENSUS
The stakes are high in Arizona and across the country regarding the 2020 Census. The census has both economic and political implications and we know our most vulnerable communities will be disportionately impacted if a fair and accurate count is not conducted. We focus on ensuring a fair and accurate count for hard-to-count populations through outreach.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE REFORM
Communities of color, disproportionately reflect the prison population in this country. 95% of all cases are plea bargained which means prosecutors play a major role in criminal justice reform. We focus on tackling the problem where it exists to end mass incarceration in Arizona.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
We believe in paving the way for the next generation of leaders. Our leadership development programs enable us to train the leaders of tomorrow for our most pressing challenges today.
